A real conversion of a fictional company chart. The right side is the final PowerPoint file; outlines mark native text boxes and shapes.
Preview rendered from the downloadable PPTX. Outlines show native PowerPoint objects. Some fine lettering may remain as shapes.
Use a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 20 MB, with the whole chart in one image. Names and titles should be readable at full size; a chart that has to be shrunk to fit will lose small print, so split a very large chart into one image per department.
A Basic SVG preview is traced in your browser and never uploaded. Log in to also preview the PowerPoint free, with the editable text and shapes outlined.
Your first PowerPoint preview is free and its download is 2 credits. After that, each PowerPoint is 2 credits, charged only for a delivered file.
Retype any changed names and titles in the text boxes. If you reorganise the chart, move the boxes first, then move or redraw the connecting lines, which are separate shapes.
Advanced SVG uses 1 credit and PowerPoint 2, charged only when you receive the file. Your first PowerPoint preview is free.

No. You get ordinary text boxes and shapes on one slide, not a SmartArt graphic. Adding a person means copying a box and drawing a line, not pressing a button that re-lays out the tree. If you want automatic layout, retype the names into a new org chart in PowerPoint instead.
No. In this example the 14 horizontal and vertical line segments came back as separate shapes, so they do not follow a box when you move it. Select a box and its lines together to move them, or delete the lines and draw new connectors between the boxes in PowerPoint.
Each name and each job title came back as its own text box, so you can click and retype it. Check every name against your image, since a name that was hard to read can come back misspelled, and a wrong name on an org chart is easy to miss.
This example has 10 people across three levels. The image is converted as a single slide, so a chart with dozens of small boxes may come back with tiny or merged text. For a large company, convert one team or department per image.
Flat boxes, lines and text convert best. Headshots and detailed icons are not rebuilt as editable pictures and tend to be flattened, so add the photos back in PowerPoint. Do not upload images of people you do not have the right to share.
Fill colours and outlines came back close to the image, and the dark top box and teal second level stayed distinct. The rounded corners came back as rounded shapes, though some edges and line ends show small differences. Check each box, and recolour a level by selecting its boxes in PowerPoint.
The Basic SVG preview is free and runs in your browser. Each account gets one free PowerPoint preview; downloading that file costs 2 credits. Later PowerPoints are 2 credits each. Failed conversions are not charged.
