How Unraster handles account information, images, payments and support requests.
This policy explains how Unraster, operated by Zane as an individual, handles personal information when you visit the website, sign in, convert images, buy credits, use the API or contact us.
Information we handle
- Account details from sign-in, such as your name, email address and profile image.
- Images you convert with Advanced SVG or PowerPoint, and the resulting files. Basic SVG runs entirely in your browser; those images are not uploaded to us.
- Usage records such as conversions, credit balance and API keys, needed to deliver results, bill correctly and prevent misuse.
- Payment records such as order, subscription and payment status. Card details are entered with our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Device signals used to limit free allowances to one per visitor: a device cookie, a short hash of basic browser settings (such as screen size, language and time zone) and your IP address. We combine and hash these on our servers; we do not use them for advertising or to track you across other sites.
- Support messages and any attachments you choose to send.
Files and history
Your recent conversions are listed under My files. That list is stored in your browser and is not synced to your account; clearing site data removes it. Files you upload for Advanced SVG or PowerPoint are kept on our servers so you can download the result again, and are not made public.
Why we use information
We use information to provide the conversions you request, deliver files, maintain your account, process payments, answer support questions, prevent abuse of free allowances and meet applicable obligations. Your upload is not permission to display your files publicly or use them as marketing examples.
Service providers and sharing
We rely on service providers for hosting and storage, sign-in, payment processing, email, and image conversion processing. They receive only the information needed for their task. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and measurement
Cookies and similar storage support sign-in, security, free-allowance limits and your theme and language preferences. Our Cookie Policy explains these uses and browser controls. Uploaded images are never part of website measurement.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support you, secure accounts and meet record-keeping duties. Payment and security records may need to be kept for legal reasons. You can delete your account from your account page, or email support@unraster.ai to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information or uploaded files. We may need to confirm account ownership first.
Your choices
You can use Basic SVG without signing in or uploading anything. You can manage cookies in your browser. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to make a request.
