Refunds and Cancellation

Failed conversions

Credits are charged only when a file is delivered. If a conversion fails, no credits are charged and nothing needs to be requested. Downloading an existing result again is free.

Questions about a result

If a delivered result is clearly unusable, contact us with the file name or task identifier and a short explanation. We will review it and may restore the credits used where appropriate. A credit restoration is separate from a cash refund. An imperfect result does not automatically mean the conversion is free.

Subscription cancellation

You can turn off renewal at any time from Credits & billing → Manage in your account, where you can also download invoices and update your card. You can also email support@unraster.ai from your account email and we will cancel it for you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access to credits already allocated until they expire. An annual subscription continues its remaining monthly allocations until the paid year ends.

Cancellation does not by itself refund the current period. Each subscription allocation is valid for 90 days. Credit packs do not renew and are valid for 12 months.

Payment refunds

Contact us if a payment was duplicated, unauthorized or incorrect, or if you could not use what you purchased. We review requests based on the circumstances and the credits already used, and we do not apply a blanket "no refunds" rule. When a refund is approved, the related unused credits are removed from your balance.

Applicable statutory refund rights are not limited by this policy.

How to request help

Email support@unraster.ai or use our contact page. Include the email of your account, an order or task identifier if available, and what went wrong. Never send passwords, card numbers or API keys.
