Using Unraster, your files, credits and service availability.
About Unraster
Unraster is operated by Zane as an individual and provides software for turning images into SVG files and editable PowerPoint slides, on the website and through an API. These terms apply to the website, account features, the API and any purchase you make.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information and protect access to your account and API keys. Only upload material you own or have permission to process. Do not use Unraster for unlawful activity, impersonation, infringement, abusive automated traffic, attempts to obtain free allowances repeatedly, or attempts to access another person's content.
Your files and results
You retain your rights in the files you upload. You give us permission to process, reproduce and adapt them only as needed to provide the conversion you request and deliver the result to you. Uploading does not give us permission to publish your files as marketing examples.
Results are automatic reconstructions, not exact copies. Check the output before using or sharing it, including labels, numbers, spelling and any rights associated with the source. Some fine lettering or detail can remain as shapes, fonts may be substituted, and a reconstructed chart does not contain its original data. Public examples show real results for those images; they are not a promise that every image will convert the same way.
Our website design and branded materials remain ours or our licensors'.
Conversions, credits and free allowances
- Basic SVG is free and runs in your browser; the image is not uploaded.
- Advanced SVG uses 1 credit per delivered file. PowerPoint uses 2 credits per delivered file.
- Credits are charged only when a file is delivered. A failed conversion is not charged. Downloading an existing result is free.
- A limited number of free Advanced SVG conversions are offered to new visitors and accounts, as shown on the website. Free allowances have no cash value and may be withdrawn from accounts that abuse them.
- Web and API use share one credit balance.
Prices, credit amounts and billing intervals are shown on the pricing page and in the checkout summary before you pay, including any applicable taxes.
Subscriptions allocate credits monthly, and each monthly allocation is valid for 90 days. Annual subscriptions are paid once a year but allocate credits monthly. One-time credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase and do not renew. Credits are service allowances, not money, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where a refund is due.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Credits & billing → Manage in your account, or by emailing support@unraster.ai from your account email. Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period. See our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
You can change plans from Credits & billing. An upgrade (more credits, or monthly to annual) starts immediately: you pay the full price of the new plan that day, its credits are added, and your renewal date moves to that day. Credits you already have, including remaining monthly allocations of an annual plan, stay. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, with nothing charged at the time of the change. An annual plan cannot switch to monthly before its year ends. The price and effective date are shown before you confirm.
Service availability
We work to keep Unraster available but do not promise uninterrupted service or identical results for every image. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect accounts. If a service issue affects your work, contact us so we can review the result and any related credit charge.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Updates and contact
The date above identifies this version. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they apply; a price change does not reprice a completed purchase. Contact us at support@unraster.ai or through our contact page.
